Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wingz Topup concerning your access to and use of our automated top-up services. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

We use automated systems (Webhooks/APIs) to deliver digital goods directly to the Player ID provided. You bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of the ID entered. We are not liable for user errors or third-party service downtimes.

Transactions are processed in LKR/USD. Funds deposited into the 'Wingz Wallet' are strictly non-refundable and can only be used for Site purchases. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Given the irreversible nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns. Unresolved payment disputes or payment reversals will result in account review, potential permanent suspension, and IP/ID blacklisting.

You represent that all registration info (including Google OAuth) is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining account security and must not use the Site for illegal purposes like money laundering.

Services are provided 'AS-IS'. Wingz Topup is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or account bans imposed by third-party game publishers.

We are not liable for failures beyond our control, including cyber-attacks, server outages, API failures, or natural disasters.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of Sri Lanka.
